Hi, I’m Andrea—tax specialist, bookkeeper, and fellow entrepreneur. I started my career at the IRS, where I spent 5 years auditing and learning the ins and outs of the tax system from the inside. I later transitioned to other government agencies, where I gained a deeper understanding of how taxes, income, and programs all connect.
Today, I bring that experience to my clients by offering monthly bookkeeping, payroll, and full tax services for individuals and businesses—everything from personal returns to S Corps, C Corps, and partnerships (1120s, 1065s). I use QuickBooks for all my clients and am well-versed in handling IRS and state correspondence, audits, and tax credit opportunities.
But beyond the numbers, I’m a mom of three, a small business owner myself (I run a vacation rental in another state!), and I genuinely love helping people make their money work smarter. Tax Preparation

Bookkeeping & Payroll
Stay organized, stress-free, and ready for tax season with full-service monthly bookkeeping and payroll. I handle everything from reconciling accounts and categorizing expenses to issuing paychecks and filing all required tax forms—so you don’t have to.
Payroll services include filing of:
• Form 941 – Employer’s Quarterly Federal Tax Return
• Form 940 – Annual Federal Unemployment Tax Return (FUTA)
• State unemployment & withholding forms
• FICA tax reporting (Social Security & Medicare)
• W-2s for employees & 1099s for contractors
• NYS-45 and other state-specific filings
